1win is enhancing its cryptocurrency offerings by enabling USDC deposits and withdrawals through the Solana network, while also engaging in new Web3 community initiatives, including a fundraising campaign aimed at emergency relief efforts in Nepal. These developments signify the company's ongoing commitment to integrating digital assets across its products, with the 1win Token set to approach its upcoming token generation event (TGE).
Users of 1win can now facilitate both deposits and withdrawals using USDC via the Solana network, which is accessible to all regions currently served by the platform. This integration not only adds a stablecoin option for users but also takes advantage of Solana's efficient and cost-effective infrastructure.
For deposits, USDC transactions begin at 5 USDC, while deposits in SOL can be made from approximately 0.0099353 SOL, roughly equivalent to $1 at the time the threshold was set. This positions these minimum deposit requirements among the lowest offered on the 1win platform.
In tandem with these cryptocurrency enhancements, 1win has aligned itself with a fundraising initiative spearheaded by the Solana Foundation after severe flooding struck Nepal on August 26. The campaign transformed Solana’s official profile picture on X into a charity auction, segmented into nine zones for bidding, allowing companies and Web3 projects to secure logo placements. All funds raised were directed to emergency relief operations in Nepal.
1win made a notable impact, securing the Top Center placement with a contribution of $16,276, marking it as the second-largest donation in the auction, which ultimately amassed $166,946.50 for Nepal relief efforts. In addition, 1win has supported on-the-ground relief through separate contributions to the charity Mountain Heart Nepal.
The introduction of this new payment option and participation in the Nepal relief initiative further underscores 1win's expanding activities in the crypto sphere, with more updates regarding the 1win Token expected to be revealed as the TGE date approaches.
