Hacksaw AB has projected its Q3 revenue to range between €57.5 million and €58.5 million for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. The company attributes this forecast to ongoing market challenges and underwhelming game performances, resulting in an estimated annual revenue decline of 11% to 12%.
In a press release issued on October 12, Hacksaw noted that this projection represents an increase from the previous year's revenue of €52 million. The adjusted EBITDA is expected to fall between €48 million and €49 million, indicating a profit margin close to 83%. Management identified a continuing deterioration in gaming market conditions as a factor influencing these results.
On the same day, Hacksaw’s stock dropped 29.3% by noon CEST, leading to a decline in market capitalization of SEK 6.9 billion. CEO Ana Vrabic Verdir emphasized the company's potential for growth through customer acquisition and expansion efforts.
Hacksaw is scheduled to release its complete financial report for Q3 at 7:30 a.m. CET on November 3. Despite the revised expectations, the company noted it has successfully met its annual revenue growth target of above 30% and adjusted EBIT exceeding 80%.
