Adam Chibib Appointed as IGT CFO

IGT has announced the appointment of Adam Chibib as its new chief financial officer, effective November 1, 2026, pending necessary regulatory approvals across its operating states. Chibib is taking over from Fabio Celadon, who has been with IGT and its predecessor companies for more than 20 years. Celadon will leave his role as CFO on October 31 but will continue to serve in an advisory capacity until December 31, 2023.

Prior to joining IGT, Chibib was the president and CFO of Multimedia Games, a slot machine manufacturer based in Austin. This company was acquired by Global Cash Access in 2014 for approximately $1.2 billion. Global Cash Access later became Everi, which merged with IGT’s gaming and online segments under Apollo in July 2022.

Hector Fernandez, the CEO of IGT, lauded Chibib's extensive experience, stating, "Adam brings the public company, private equity, and gaming experience we need. His financial discipline and operating mindset will be important as we sharpen execution."

In his new role, Chibib will oversee IGT’s finance operations as the company focuses on integrating its business units and functioning effectively as a private entity. Chibib expressed enthusiasm about his new position, saying, "IGT has a strong portfolio. I look forward to working with Hector, the leadership team, and our people to strengthen financial and operating discipline."

Chibib’s expertise will be pivotal as IGT transitions and enhances its operational strategies.
