Pennsylvania achieved a record gaming revenue of $433.9 million in November, marking a 52.1% increase compared to $284.3 million in November 2020. Hollywood Casino at Penn National led the way, contributing $60.1 million, followed closely by Valley Forge Casino Resort with $57.1 million and Parx Casino at $56.3 million. Live! Casino Philadelphia reported the largest percentage increase, skyrocketing 6,140.1% to $18.4 million.
Land-based slots were the most favored games, generating $185.5 million, which is up 43.2%. Land-based table games accounted for $82.9 million, while sports betting revenue saw a significant growth of 70.5%, totaling $63.7 million.
Total igaming revenue reached $93.9 million in November, reflecting a 57.1% increase from the previous year. Hollywood Casino at Penn National, which operates its site alongside a DraftKings product, topped this category with $37.4 million. Online slots made up $63.5 million of that total, while online table games garnered $27.7 million.
Parx Casino’s slot revenue was recorded at $31.6 million, up 14.7% from 2020. Wind Creek Bethlehem earned $22.6 million from slots, followed by Rivers Casino Pittsburgh with $21.1 million.
In terms of sports betting, the state saw a total handle of $761.6 million, a rise of 55.0%. Operators collected a sports betting revenue of $63.7 million, also a record, representing a 70.0% spike year-over-year. Valley Forge's FanDuel-operated sportsbook was the largest contributor to the handle, accounting for $242.0 million. Hollywood Casino at Meadowlands, operating a Barstool Sportsbook, added $217.0 million, and Penn National, aligned with DraftKings, contributed $76.0 million. Valley Forge topped sports betting revenue with $29.1 million, followed by Meadowlands at $12.0 million and Penn National at $7.2 million.
