Alex Tomic is the founder of Alea and believes that great companies are ultimately a result of a healthy work force. Alea provided an Oxyhelp Hyperbaric Chamber to employees who were suffering from Covid-19. Alea launched its wellness programme in which employees are given Whoop wristbands and Oura rings for tracking their mental and physical health. Tomic is convinced that the health benefits of these bands and rings will help the Alea team become the leader in a happy and healthy workforce.
