Live! At The Pomp was built on the site where the Pompano Park Racetrack once stood. The area will be divided into “1.3 Million square feet retail and entertainment space”, 4,000 luxury residential apartments, two hotels, and 1.35 Million square feet Class A office space.

Live! The Pomp has more than 25,000 sq. ft. of food and drink venues including a Sports & Social, PBR Cowboy Bar and a Sports & Social.
The venues will be located around a central plaza that will feature “live music, entertainment, family events, cultural events, festivals, special events new to the market, social experiences and activities, additional dining options and more”.
The development is also expected to have a Topgolf venue, which will be a “venue for point-scoring games of golf in a fun and energetic environment”. This location should open by the end of 2023.
