Virginia Lottery is the first US lottery to offer a cloud-based iLottery program, following a technology partnership with NeoPollard Interactive.
NeoDraw is the gaming central system that supports drawing games. NeoSphere manages player accounts and provides marketing support. NeoPlay is the remote gaming server from eInstants, as well as the games that it hosts.
The migration to cloud-based hosting is expected to improve efficiencies in the operations and maintenance of Virginia Lottery’s iLottery program, powered by NeoPollard Interactive since launching eSubscriptions.

Virginia Lottery, according to its provider, can now scale up their iLottery program to accommodate big jackpots and the associated volume of campaigns and promotions.
