BetGames enters Ontario with new license

BetGames, a supplier of gaming products and services in Ontario has been granted full registration by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

Live dealer providers will now be able to offer their portfolios of titles for those operators that have already launched in the Province. BetGames’ suite of games, including Lucky 7, Lucky 5, and Starzle (an Entain exclusive), and live broadcast games like lotto and game shows have been the most successful.

The supplier is the latest entrant into the rapidly growing Ontario regulated market, which grew 64.8% from $CA162m (PS104.1m/EUR120m/$118.1m) in Q1 to $CA267m in Q2. This market is now in its sixth trading month, after launching on April 4, 2022.

It is a licensed business to sell its products within jurisdictions governed by Malta Gaming Authority and the GB Gambling Commission as well as South Africa.
