PrizePicks is strengthening its connection to the NBA through a new partnership with its local team, the Atlanta Hawks. The Atlanta-based sports gaming company announced that it has secured a deal that grants it access to the Hawks’ broadcasts, digital media, and advertising space at their home venue, State Farm Arena. This arena, which has hosted the Hawks since the 1999-2000 season, is central to this emerging collaboration.
As part of this agreement, State Farm Arena and PrizePicks will create a PrizePicks-branded party deck within the venue. This dedicated space will serve as a social hub for fans and will also be accessible during concerts and other events held at State Farm Arena.
PrizePicks will feature in-arena signage and brand integrations during game broadcasts, alongside in-game statistical updates. The advertising material from PrizePicks and the Hawks will showcase “imagery of certain groups of Atlanta Hawks.” When asked about the use of player imagery, PrizePicks confirmed that it would not feature players already under exclusive agreements with competing gambling brands. The company has also stated its practice of seeking approval from players before utilizing their images for marketing purposes.
The partnership permits PrizePicks to collectively use three players in its advertisements with the Hawks. The National Basketball Players Association was contacted regarding whether this is a standard practice, and updates will follow if a response is provided by the NBA labor union.
This collaboration comes just under three months after PrizePicks entered into a partnership with the NBA, positioning itself as an official fantasy sports partner. This agreement enables PrizePicks to launch co-branded promotional campaigns with the NBA and grants rights to utilize NBA intellectual property for daily fantasy sports and other free-to-play products and marketing initiatives, including league and team logos.
PrizePicks is solidifying its presence in Georgia through its partnership with the Hawks, marking its first collaboration with an NBA team. The company’s footprint in Georgia is further enhanced through its ongoing relationship with the Atlanta Braves, a partnership that began in 2020 and was renewed in April 2025.
Andrew Saltzman, the President of Business Enterprise for the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to be the first NBA franchise to partner with PrizePicks. As two organizations with deep roots in Atlanta, we look forward to building something truly special together and creating new opportunities to deliver unique and engaging experiences to our fans.”
