The Swedish Administrative Court of Appeal upheld decisions against Bet365’s parent company, Hillside, confirming that it violated player protection laws from 2019 to 2022. Two of Hillside's subsidiaries, Hillside (Gaming) and Hillside (Sports), were cited for failing to uphold their duty of care by not adequately addressing instances of problematic gambling behavior.
