Tech Race Summit 2026 to Focus on iGaming Technology

iGB and ICE have announced a collaboration with SOFTSWISS to launch the Tech Race Summit 2026, an initiative aimed at promoting discussions around technology in the iGaming sector. This dedicated event will gather experts from major technology firms to examine the systems that underpin modern digital businesses. Scheduled for September 10, 2026, in Warsaw, Poland, the summit will feature leaders from firms specializing in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, cybersecurity, observability, and AI, including AWS, Google, Oracle, Cloudflare, Fastly, Gcore, and ScyllaDB.

As the media partner for the Tech Race Summit, WorldGaming will facilitate further engagement on the discussions initiated during the event, which will carry over to ICE 2027.

The program will concentrate on technical decision-making, practical engineering experiences, and the future of digital infrastructure. Despite the numerous industry events taking place annually, there remains a scarcity of opportunities for stakeholders to address the technology challenges encountered across high-load industries from an engineering standpoint.

In anticipation of the 2027 event, Margaret Dunn, portfolio director at WorldGaming, emphasized the increasing significance of technology in the iGaming landscape and noted the rarity of focused engineering discussions. "Encouraging knowledge sharing across the industry is something we see as an important responsibility, and we believe these conversations will benefit the entire sector," Dunn stated.

SOFTSWISS CTO Sergey Kastukevich highlighted that the summit will foster an exchange of practical experiences and a deeper understanding of the future trajectories related to cloud infrastructure, AI, and high-load systems. AI has emerged as a prominent theme in the iGaming industry, with various companies, such as Cubeia, leveraging AI to automate the generation of both backend and frontend code, thereby increasing their speed in rolling out client updates.

The adoption of AI technologies extends to AI-powered live casinos and slot games. As AI gains wider acceptance, the sector will increasingly confront challenges linked to this technological evolution and the major firms that support it.

Early bird tickets for the Tech Race Summit are available until July 31 on the event's official website.
