Beter's inaugural approved product is the Setka Cup, which features table tennis tournaments and is now available in New Jersey through Bet365. The company organizes over 11,000 Setka Cup matches each month, offering more than 30 betting markets for each event. Gojic confirmed his position on his LinkedIn page and is based in Zagreb, Croatia. He has a strong background in sports-related roles, having previously worked at Superbet and Ladbrokes Coral.

Deborah Fenton, the plaintiff, suffered injuries after slipping and falling due to hazardous conditions involving water and glass at the resort’s Chandelier Bar in September 2021.
The Clark County District Court ruled in favor of Fenton, approving several payouts including $261,751 for past medical expenses and $976,614 for future medical expenses. Additionally, she received $1.4 million for past physical pain, mental anguish, and lost enjoyment of life, along with $12.3 million for future pain and suffering. The lawsuit did not disclose the full extent of her injuries.
