Hipther is proud to announce the initiative of the Polish Blockchain Association, “Top Women of Web3, Central & Eastern Europe Edition.” The groundbreaking project aims at highlighting and celebrating the contributions of outstanding women who are shaping the Web3 scene in Poland as well as the wider Central & Eastern European region.
Diverse as an Inspiration
The Polish Blockchain Association recognizes that diversity has a transformative effect on the Web3 industry and the blockchain. Women are still underrepresented, despite their significant contributions to the Web3 and blockchain industry. This is especially true at events, conferences, webinars, etc. This initiative aims to correct this imbalance by bringing more attention to the accomplishments of women in the region.
Nominate Outstanding Women
We invite you to join this initiative if you are committed to diversity and inclusion. Nominate women with a significant impact in the Web3 industry over the last year. We want to know about women who are making a difference in Central and Eastern Europe, whether it is you or your colleagues.
Visit the Nomination page to nominate. Submissions are due by December 31st, 2023. The winners will be revealed in January 2024.
Rewards and Recognition
In order to publish a report, the Polish Blockchain Association will choose 20 outstanding profilesfrom all the nominees. The report is not only published by the Polish Blockchain Association, but it will be available, with consent, to event and conference organizers. The initiative is aimed at increasing the visibility of female speakers and participants in industry core events. The winners of the competition will also receive discounts or free tickets to the following year’s Tech of Tomorrow Conference organized by the Polish Blockchain Association, September 19-20 2024.

We hope to inspire future leaders by showcasing diverse talents in the Web3 industry. The Polish Blockchain Association is supporting and recognising the women driving innovation and excellence within the Web3 and blockchain industry.
