Game aggregator SOFTSWISS, the largest content hub in the iGaming industry, has achieved Brazilian certification, becoming one of the first in the market to achieve this milestone.
iGaming regulations come into force in Brazil on January 1, 2025, requiring platforms, aggregators, bookmakers and providers to be certified. Companies planning to offer their services in Brazil in 2025 and beyond have been preparing for this transition throughout the year.
The SOFTSWISS team announces that its game aggregator has become the first to be fully compliant with the regulations, having made all the necessary preparations and received the certification to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for its customers.
SOFTSWISS has also received certification for integration with the world’s largest game providers – Pragmatic Play, Evolution and Playtech. These providers offer a wide range of games tailored to the preferences of Brazilian players, from exciting live dealer experiences to engaging slots and table games, ensuring entertainment for every type of player.
According to a recent Kantar study conducted in November 2024, the overall satisfaction index for the gaming aggregator SOFTSWISS is 8.1 out of 10. Notably, half of the respondents rated the product at 10 or 9. Satisfaction with the customer service was even higher at 8.4 out of 10.
The gaming aggregator also boasts a key advantage: a consistent 99.999% uptime, which is crucial for an iGaming business.
Ivan Montic, founder of SOFTSWISS, notes:
To our knowledge, the gaming aggregator SOFTSWISS is the first aggregator that is fully prepared, both technically and legally, to operate in Brazil when the new regulations come into force. This is a significant achievement that the team has worked diligently and systematically to achieve. Our work does not end here – we are actively adding new suppliers to help our clients expand their presence in this promising Brazilian market, which is no longer a “sleeping giant”. It has woken up, and SOFTSWISS is at the forefront of this exciting transformation.
To support this high level of performance, earlier this year SOFTSWISS appointed Rubens Barrichello, the Brazilian Formula 1 legend, as a non-executive director, demonstrating its strong commitment to the local market. To ensure efficient operation and prompt resolution of ongoing issues, SOFTSWISS also has a dedicated team of local business development managers in Brazil.
The SOFTSWISS team will be available to discuss partnerships in Brazil and other markets at the first major iGaming event of 2025 – ICE Barcelona, taking place from 20th – 22nd January at stand 2G42.
