The group Evoke (formerly 888 Holdings) has entered into a partnership Mindway AI, a specialist in responsible gambling.

Mindway AI has agreed to supply Evoke with its solutions for responsible gaming. They will roll out these solutions across the entire Evoke portfolio, including brands like 888 and William Hill.

Mindway AI tools, such as GameScanner and Gamalyze, combine artificial intelligence with neuroscientific insights and human evaluations.

Evoke will use GameScanner to protect players against gambling-related harm. This solution includes a virtual psychology that adapts to the player’s behaviour in order to detect risky gambling.

Will Mace, director of Evoke Group’s player safety department said: “Partnering up with Mindway AI allows us to bring our player safety approach to an entirely new level.” We’re committed to providing a fun and safe experience for our players.

Mindway AI is unquestionably an expert in identifying the signs of gambling that could be harmful. We will enhance our commitment towards our players by leveraging that expertise.

Rasmus Kjaergaard, CEO of Mindway added that “we are more than excited to be joining forces with Evoke.” The company is a leader in the industry, renowned for its unwavering dedication to player satisfaction and excellence.

This alliance is in line with our goal to promote responsible gambling and create new industry standards.

Mindway AI targets another major competitor

Evoke is the latest industry leader to join Mindway AI. Since affiliate giant Better Collective increased their stake in the provider in early 2021, it has seen its business grow.

Better Collective is now the largest shareholder in Mindway AI. This provider has a long list of clients including Entain Entertainment, Flutter Entertainment, and Holland Casino. It also supports organisations and groups working on improving player protection. The National Council on Problem Gambling, AnonyMind gambling addiction treatment specialists and Doura-Schawohl Consulting are among the organisations that Better Collective supports.
