Penn Entertainment has rebranded Mychoice to Penn Play, and introduced a variety of improvements, including a new currency for loyalty, as well as new rewards and perks.

Penn Play unites the 26 million members of loyalty to this operator under one brand.

Penn Cash is the new currency of the loyalty programme. Customers can accumulate it through the Penn Cash app. It can be earned by dining out, shopping, or staying in Penn’s hotels.

Playing via Barstool Casinos, Hollywood Casinos or Penn Play also earns you points.

Penn Play simplifies the process of earning points and rewards. Penn Cash is earned by signing up for the program. Users can move through the tiers, starting with Play, then Preferred, Elite, and Owners Club.

Through a new market for Penn Cash, you can enjoy perks and experiences in entertainment across all tiers.

All Penn brands will be under one umbrella

Chief executive Jay Snowden said that Penn’s business had transformed in the past few years, as it expanded its retail and online gaming experiences.

The rebranding will allow us to create an omnichannel customer experience that is seamless and seamless for all our brands. We believe this move will improve our performance in both retail and online gambling.

Redesigning military awards

Penn has also updated its rewards program for veterans, active military and first responders.

Penn Heroes offers other perks, such as an upgrade to the Penn Play level and special discounts on dining, shopping and hotels at operator properties. Previously, it was known as Myheroes.

Since its May 2021 launch, more than 182,000 people signed up for the program. Penn State University also announced a scholarship for military personnel in early April.
