Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) is adding new talent to its business operations.
The Nevada-based consultancy company has announced the addition of David L. Rebuck as a Special Advisor. Rebuck brings a wealth of experience in compliance to IC360 having previously served as the Director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

During his time at the DGE, Rebuck was instrumental in navigating regulatory requirements ahead of the launch of iGaming in 2013 and the authorization of sports betting five years later. In his role at IC360, Rebuck will offer his expertise on compliance matters. He will also leverage his regulatory experience to help IC360 thrive in a dynamic gaming industry.
New face at IC360
Earlier this year, IC360 bolstered its efforts to educate young people about gambling-related issues by partnering with University of Kansas tight end DeShawn Hanika.
As part of the partnership, IC360 is providing education through its Gambling Awareness and Sports Integrity Program, which is designed to foster a safe and fair environment.
Hanika was offered the opportunity to work with ICE360 after dealing with gambling-related issues. Last year, Hanika was suspended for the entire 2023 season while being a member of the Iowa State football team. He was suspended after being charged with tampering with records in a case related to a sports betting investigation on campus.
Hanika was alleged to have placed more than 250 wagers including 70 on Iowa State men’s basketball. The case against Hanika was later dismissed in 2023 by a Story County judge.
