Enteractive announces Bettor Capital Strategic Investor

Enteractive, a provider of player conversion and reactivation service announced it had secured a new investment from Bettor Capital.

The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. However, Enteractive said the Bettor Capital commitment represents a limited/non-controlling investment.

Enteractive focuses on sports entertainment and gaming, using multiple platforms to engage viewers and monetise their super affiliate business model.

Enteractive plans to use this new investment as a means of supporting its growth in the US. The funding is also expected to benefit the global strategy of online casino and sports betting, according to Enteractive.

Mikael Hansson, CEO of Enteractive, said that he was “delighted to have Bettor Capital join as a strategic partner. The platform’s knowledge and experience of the market will help it to achieve its growth goals, he said.

Betor Capital is backed by Enteractive to deliver “significant value”.

Hansson stated, “We have built up a solid relationship with Bettor Capital.” We believe they’ll add significant value to our current investors.

The software that Enteractive has developed allows for real-time one-toone communication with customers. This provides operators with an ROI that is demonstrable as well as meaningful.

Enteractive is now in a position of market leadership and has a large global customer base. This has positioned the company for growth to continue, particularly on high-growth markets like North America.

Bettor Capital invests in industry

Bettor Capital is known for its track record in investing in high-value companies. Bettor Capital, in April 2023, led a round of investment for BeyondPlay. This B2B startup develops engagement software for gaming operators. The round brought in a total of EUR5.0m ($5.4m/PS4.3m).

FanDuel acquired BeyondPlay in February 2024 for an unspecified sum. It was estimated that the deal would be close to EUR20.0m.

Bettor Capital has been supporting BeyondPlay since a long time. LeoVegas’ 25% stake in BeyondPlay was sold to Bettor Capital last February for EUR1.9m.
