Aristocrat merges Anaxi with NeoGames for interactive restructuring

Aristocrat announced in a presentation to investors this week that it will merge its Anaxi and NeoGames businesses into its newly-formed Interactive business.

Aristocrat Interactive will now be the brand for all previous operations that were previously under Anaxi and Neo Group Ltd, including NeoGames and BtoBet. On 1 September, a new business website will be released.

Under the Interactive umbrella will be all of the company’s real-money gaming (RMG), including casino gaming system offerings for land-based casinos. Neil Crossan will lead this initiative.

Dima Reiderman will lead igaming, Dima Shaban the product white label and Dima Shaban the ilottery, according to the firm.

The role of the managing director will include each departmental head.

Aristocrat stated in a 26-June statement that the interactive business would aim to “create a new frontier for connected experiences”.
