Evenbeter Unveils AI Tools to Boost Operator Security

Evenbeter, previously known as EvenBet Gaming, has launched an upgraded suite of analytics and artificial intelligence tools as part of its back-office platform. This update integrates a range of functionalities including hand and account screening, tournament checks, demand forecasts, and reporting assistants. These enhancements are designed to assist poker and casino teams in prioritizing tasks and addressing issues within their operational workflows.

The new AI-assisted screening feature enables operators to swiftly detect potentially suspicious hands and account connections for more detailed scrutiny. It analyses hand histories from players or tournaments, starting from the bubble stage, and combines this with internal indicators such as shared devices and payment connections. This analysis is conducted securely without exposing personal data, such as names or IPs, and aims to reveal any potential multi-accounting or coordinated activities, laying the groundwork for human investigation without presuming guilt.

For tournament management, teams can now validate proposed settings before events launch, automatically assessing expected participant levels against guarantees, limits, payouts, and possible schedule conflicts. This functionality is supported by AI-driven schedule evaluations of past performance, which help in avoiding poorly attended slots, alongside demand forecasts that include confidence ranges for predicting future activity in cash games and tournaments.

To enhance daily operations, operators are equipped with natural language prompts to swiftly create filters across player data, transaction records, and withdrawal lists. Operational reports benefit from AI analyses that include actionable next steps, retention insights categorized by churn risk and value, economics of cash-game stakes, and responsible gaming behavioral indicators compared to individual standards and population baselines.

Administrators maintain comprehensive governance of the system, allowing them to activate specific AI features, set daily request limits, customize assistant instructions, and control data access according to back-office permissions.

Alexander Tamplon, CTO of Evenbeter, stated: “An operator needs to understand what deserves attention and what to check next. We are bringing that support directly into the back office: highlighting suspicious hands and account links, checking tournament settings before launch, and helping teams interpret reports. The tools provide context and recommendations while operators remain responsible for the decisions.”

This update further enhances Evenbeter's back-office functionalities in investigation, planning, and reporting, offering teams more effective means to utilize the information already accessible within their platform.
