IC360 has confirmed to SBC Americas that CEO Matt Holt is no longer with the organization. Sources tell SBC Americas that he has not been with the organization for two months.

Holt is no longer listed on the company website. There is no CEO named on the leadership team, while Frank remains in position as company president and Scott Sadin is still listed as COO. The last time Holt posted about the organization was on Aug. 1 when he commended the team for securing the RFP to power iGaming Ontario’s universal self-exclusion list.

U.S. Integrity and Odds on Compliance announced its merger a year ago and later fully rebranded as IC360. Holt transitioned from CEO of U.S. Integrity to CEO of the combined company. The two companies worked together on the joint venture Prohibet prior to the merger. Prohibet is a tool used by leagues, operators and regulators to ensure that athletes and personnel are not violating league policies and state betting regulations.

In 2023, Sports Illustrated named Holt the #5 Most Interesting Suit in college football. Prior to founding U.S. Integrity, Holt worked for CG Technology as the VP of Business Development.

IC360 did not offer additional details about when he stepped down or who, if anyone, might be taking over the CEO role.
