The Stockholm-based CRM company Symplify announced it had integrated OpenAI, the firm behind ChatGPT’s large language model, into its content creation hub for clients.

Clients of the firm will be able to generate custom images and content using this new service. According to the company, it hopes that AI will reduce the time required to produce content by as much as 60%.

Robert Kimber, CEO of Symplify, said the API integration will help futureproof the businesses of its clients.

Symplify is “helping our customers grow their CRM strategies while providing multi-channel coverage”, he said.

This integration allows users to generate content using natural language within the Symplify Editor. Text and images are generated automatically based on user input.

Paul Crisp, chief marketing officer at Symplify, said that Symplify will reduce the work load of users.

He said: “When ChatGPT was launched, it proved to be a very entertaining piece of software.” We then thought about whether this could be a plugin for our tool.

He said: “We have seen, in a greater or lesser extent, the impact of the beta tests on the team that created it.” It’s exciting for us to reduce the time it takes to get to market.
