The upcoming CasinoBeats Summit, as the industry searches for optimal ways to integrate innovative technologies responsibly, will offer delegates an exploration of emerging technologies, regulatory structures and future trends, to ensure that players have a safe, yet immersive, gaming experience.
On May 22 and 23, the InterContinental Malta will host the Industry and Leadership Track. The panel sessions will explore key topics, such as the global gaming regulation landscape, evolving digital payments and in-depth examination of M&A.
Panel entitled “Responsible Gambling in Digital Age” will explore the most recent responsible gambling initiatives that are affecting the digital world. The panel will include expert speakers Pedro Romero, RG Consultant at the University of Gibraltar, Matthew Curtis, Head of Responsible Gaming for L&L, Georgia Wise, Director of Responsible Gaming at PlayNorth, Eduards Jakubovs, the head of Responsible Gaming in Betsson, and Maris Catania, Senior SG Consultant.

The panel will feature expert speakers Sean Spiteri, Head of Payment Solutions at PressEnter, Enrico Giancaterina, Managing Director of Funtech, and Ian Perrygrove, Chief Risk Officer of Kwiff, who will explore the state of the industry’s payment sector.
Navigating The Future: Global Gaming Regulations will examine strategies for effectively addressing the challenges presented by the current and future regulations. Representatives of the regulators, Aideen Shortt (Advisor of the Minister of Curacao), Andrew Lyman, (Gambling Commission and Executive Director of Gibraltar), Andrew Rhodes, (Chief executive, Gambling Commission), and Brandon Debattista, (Deputy Chief Regulatory officer, Malta Gaming Authority), will share their insights on the respective markets, while assessing whether a global standard can be achieved and the value of collaboration across the market.
The second day core track will also feature a masterclass led by IMGL, entitled Acquisition Strategy: Preparing for Investment. This is scheduled to occur on May 23rd, the second main event date.
