Pennsylvania Fines Operator for Underage VGT Gambling

Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has fined Pilot Travel Centers $45,000 for underage gaming at one of their video gambling terminals locations (VGTs) in the state.

A truck stop located in Smithton, Pennsylvania was flagged for underage gambling. Pilot Travel Centers also received a warning for having no Board-credentialed employees on duty.

Negotiations between PGCB’s Office of Enforcement Counsel (OEC) and Pilot Travel Centers resulted in a financial penalty of $45,000.


Four Pennsylvania adults are banned from leaving their children alone

Four adults were placed on Pennsylvania’s Involuntary exclusion list for gambling with children while unattended.

The adult who leaves a minor unsupervised in a Pennsylvania Casino is also subject to criminal prosecution and exclusion from Pennsylvania’s casinos.
