Bobby Valentine, the former NY Mets Manager has been appointed as brand ambassador at BetRivers.
Both brands owned by Chicago based Rush Street Interactive Gaming and Betting Company announced the signing of the former professional Baseball player and manager as part of an exclusive content and brand deal.
Valentine is a baseball veteran with over 50 years of experience. He played for Los Angeles Dodgers (MLB), California Angeles (MLB), New York Mets (MLB) and Seattle Mariners.
Then he managed the Texas Rangers and New York Mets before leading the Chiba Lotte Marines to the title in Japan.
The betting firm will receive weekly interviews, video podcasts, and television or radio broadcasts of Major League Baseball, which he will produce for BetRivers, PlaySugarHouse, and other networks.
He has extensive experience in broadcasting and analysis, and was a frequent contributor to ESPN’s and NBC’s sports programs.
Valentine said, “I am excited to join the BetRivers Team at this exciting time in the evolution and development of sports betting.” This partnership allows us to both share our passion for sports and provide valuable commentary.

Rush Street Interactive is a pioneer in the US, having entered many jurisdictions that are regulated. However, it now has operations across 12 US States.

This announcement follows the resignation of Greg Carlin as co-founder of Rush Street Interactive at the end last year.
