Vincent Zahn is the new chief financial officer of Seminole Gaming & Hard Rock International.
Zahn is responsible for accounting, finance and risk analysis, treasury management, corporate finances, capital market execution, corporate financing, and treasury.
Hard Rock International, as well as other companies under Seminole Gaming’s control, are included in the role. Zahn’s role will include contributing to the strategic planning efforts for the entire group.
Zahn has served most recently as the senior vice president of Wynn Resorts and its treasurer. He spent 7 years at Pinnacle Entertainment as Vice President and Treasurer.
Zahn began his career on Wall Street. He was an equity analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, covering gaming companies and casinos.
Jim Allen will be reporting to Zahn, who is the chairman of Hard Rock International as well as CEO of Seminole Gaming.
Allen stated that “Vincent’s experience and background in financial markets and casino gaming make him an indispensable asset for the global growth and development of our company.” Allen said, “We’re excited to have him join the leadership team.”
