Aristocrat acquisition
Aristocrat Leisure, a gaming company based in Australia, announced its acquisition of NeoGames by Aristocrat Leisure for $1.20bn.
NeoGames PlayLive! The NeoGames PlayLive! deal is the first major deal that the company has announced since news of its business merger was made public.
Aristocrat stated that at the time of acquisition it saw growth opportunities for “large and growing North America segments.”
It added that they believed the purchase would give them “global reach and capabilities” within the $81 billion online gambling sector.
