New York Senator Joseph Addabbo Jr. has presented a bill in the State Senate which would legalise the online casino industry within the Empire State.
The bill, Senate Bill S4856 aims to amend New York racing, parimutuel betting and breeding laws by adding a new article 15 that regulates the state’s online gaming.
New rules will regulate the availability of live dealer and online table games as well as slots, tables, and other games.
