The funds will be used to help the GLCCNV support its efforts in Nevada for the LGBTQ+ Community with entrepreneurship.

Jyotichopra, MGM Resorts’ chief of people, inclusion, and sustainability, stated that the company was “honored to” support GLCCNV.

Chopra stated that “everyone deserves the same opportunity to thrive”. We are extremely proud to be part of an inclusive community which celebrates and values diversity.

MGM Resorts has been honored to assist the GLCCNV with their mission, which is to empower LGBTQ+ communities through opportunity and entrepreneurship.

MGM is promoting diversity and equity in the business as well as in the industry through a number of initiatives.

Supplier Diversity Program is one of them. It promotes the support it offers to diverse businesses and fosters an atmosphere of opportunity.

MGM, a leader in gaming and hospitality industries, was among the first to provide health insurance to its employees who are of same-sex. This happened in 2004.
