The IGT subsidiary IGT Global Solutions Corporation, a division of International Game Technology is expanding its German lottery operations after striking a contract with the Stateliche Toto-Lotto GmbH Baden-Wurttemberg.

IGT will provide Lotto BW all aspects of the instant ticket business through its Instants Advantage program, as well as marketing assistance via Instants Advantage.

Lotto BW’s CEO Georg Wacker stated: “IGT’s leadership in the industry, its expertise and its global reach complement our extensive knowledge of local lottery markets.”

We look forward to working with IGT in order to develop games that are engaging for players, and will help drive growth within our company.

IGT has now signed its latest deal in the lottery industry. In January, the company had signed a multiyear deal to develop lottery games with World Wrestling Entertainment.

Jay Gendron is IGT’s Chief Operating Officer for Global Lottery. He added that the entire German market and Baden-Wurttemberg, as Germany’s third largest federal state, offer great potential for ticket sales growth.

IGT’s Instants ADVANTAGE programme, coupled with our deep analysis capabilities, will provide customised insights to Lotto BW and help them achieve their goal of offering a superior gaming experience to its players while contributing towards good causes in the state.
