Caesars Entertainment has signed up Toronto-based iGaming content and technology provider Bragg Gaming Group as a tech platform and exclusive games development partner.

Bragg said in a statement that the new partnership reaching across all of the two companies’ shared U.S. and Canadian online casino markets elevates its existing relationship with Caesars from a content supplier to a technology partner.

The two companies already work together on a supplier-operator basis in several key iGaming markets including Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Canada’s only regulated online casino market in Ontario.

Bragg has also previously developed two exclusive titles for the Caesars Palace Online Casino platform: Lady Luck Casino Egyptian Magic and Boardwalk Slots Bankers & Cash. Now, in collaboration with Caesars’ newly formed in-house games studio team, it will develop a number of online casino games for Caesars’ digital platforms.

Partnership closely ties two firms together

The enhanced partnership will also create a delivery platform for Caesars’ in-house games studio to build and deploy its own proprietary, custom game titles that cater to player preferences across Caesars Palace Online Casino, Horseshoe Online Casino, and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino.

The collaboration also includes a strategic technology licensing framework for Caesars to lease Bragg’s Remote Gaming Server, as well as further options to license Bragg’s HUB product delivery and casino game aggregation platform and Fuze player engagement platform.

“Bragg’s technological expertise has consistently exceeded our expectations throughout our partnership,” said Matt Sunderland, SVP and chief iGaming officer at Caesars Digital. “This expansion marks an important step in our strategic growth plan to develop our own proprietary digital slots and table games content and to offer something truly exclusive for our players. We’re excited about the potential that this moment provides us, and we have our sights set on building exclusive online casino games through our newly formed in-house game studios team that will set us apart in the industry.”

“We have decades of expertise and know-how, as well as the full technology suite to build, launch and operate the highest quality online casino games, and we look forward to expanding our strategic partnership with the Caesars team to enhance the player experience through innovative and exclusive gaming content creation,” added Neill Whyte, Bragg’s chief commercial officer.

Bragg sees value of North American expansion

Bragg also works with numerous other leading operators in the U.S. and Ontario, including FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, and Rush Street Interactive. It also has a international distribution deal with Light & Wonder, signed last year.

The firm said the extended Caesars partnership is projected to help drive double-digit growth in both revenue and profitability in 2025, particularly in North America, which is a key strategic focus for Bragg’s expansion efforts in 2025.

Bragg CEO Matevž Mazij told investors in November, at the time that the company entered Delaware with that market’s monopolist RSI, that it is ready to conquer North America in 2025.

“We are on track to launch our sixth U.S. online casino state, West Virginia, in the second quarter of next year,” Mazij said at the time.

“There is lots of room for growth as we look at some regional markets in the U.S. and Canada. We’re just starting in Delaware, West Virginia, and we have more coming online with Pennsylvania and Ontario and opportunities in British Columbia.”
