Holland Casino signed Diversity Charter of the Social-Economic Council’s Diversity in Business, a program designed to promote diversity in the work place.
SER Diversity in Business aims at promoting diversity and inclusion in workplaces. The program helps businesses create and monitor diversity initiatives and plans.
Holland Casino has signed a charter stating that it will establish an action plan within 6 months with a policy.
A minimum 50% female participation in courses for management training is a major goal. Holland Casino wants to increase the number of women at duty managers and operations managers by 5% within three years.
Holland Casino also conducts an audit of its integrity every two years.
Encouraging diversity
Maud Provily Sliepen, Holland Casino director of Human Resources, says the Diversity Charter is in line with Holland Casino core values.
She said that signing the Diversity Charter is in line with Holland Casino’s core values. We believe that it’s important to have a safe, inclusive and social workplace.
Holland Casino announced an increase in visitors in their H1 results for 2023. In the Netherlands, a total of 2,5 million people visited Holland Casino during the first half of this year. This is up from the 1.8 million visitors in 2017.
