OpenBet deals with Neccton and other M&A activities
This appointment follows a number of M&A transactions at OpenBet following its purchase by Endeavor Group. Scientific Games had acquired SportCast a supplier of player engagement technology, which was the developer of BetBuilder, just a few months before.
OpenBet’s M&A strategy continued in the months following the Endeavor transaction with the acquisition of betting technology and trading company MultiBuilder.
The provider has recently acquired the technology specialists Neccton, who specializes in anti-money laundering, fraud detection, and responsible gambling.
