Rush Street Gaming has announced that Konami Gaming, Inc. selected the SYNKROS casino management software for Rivers Casino Portsmouth. This new destination will be the first in the state to open on January 15, 2023. Konami Gaming’s award winning casino management system for Rivers Casino Portsmouth will provide seamless rewards and communications across 1,448 gaming machines and 57 table game, as well as a poker room, sportsbook and restaurant, along with countless entertainment venues and retail environments.
Rivers Casino Portsmouth was built from scratch as an entertainment and gaming complex. It is equipped with SYNKROS to offer personalized loyalty rewards, real-time personalization, and engagement. This technology equips Rivers Casino Portsmouth to meet its short- and long-term technological goals while maintaining constant operation management,” stated Roy Corby.
SYNKROS’ comprehensive marketing software will be used to create the new entertainment venue. Rush Street Gaming also uses this suite to distribute its Rush Rewards program at all Rivers Casinos. Konami and Rush Street Gaming were the first to install systems at their property Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, in 2009. The partnership has grown to include Rivers Casino Philadelphia and Rivers Casino Des Plaines as well Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady.
