US Integrity and REALRESPONSE have announced that they are joining forces to allow athletes, trainers and coaches to anonymously report any gambling-related problems in real time.

US Integrity, in partnership with RealResponse, launched “Athlete Alert powered by RealResponse”, a tipline that allows sportspeople to anonymously report gambling-related threats, harm and emotional abuse from fans.
David Chadwick outlined in his remarks on the launch the ease with which the tipline can be used and the important role that it will play to empower sportspeople to make their voices heard.

Chadwick believes that the new tipline, “in the hands” of competitors and participants, will protect and enhance sports integrity while ensuring anonymity and safety.
The tipline is accessible via text message to 843 USI-TIPS (84387477). It will also create a Safe Place where athletes, coaches, and staff can share their experiences and information about corruption as well as integrity concerns. This includes misuse of insider knowledge, match-fixing and game manipulation.

Matthew Holt also commented on the partnership, and the launch, of the new reporting system. He was adamant about the fact that “nothing’s more important than the health of professional and student athletes who have dedicated their lives to competing at the highest level,” and that it is the responsibility of organizations such as US Integrity to ensure protection.
Holt stated that the implementation of Athlete Alert powered by RealResponse was another example of our efforts to help partners stay ahead of bad actors. Holt noted that sending a text to the tipline could help prevent or limit acts of physical or emotional harm, or intimidation.
US Integrity and RealResponse provide a direct communication line between athletes and officials. They also facilitate information exchange and links with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies or organizations that are responsible for maintaining fair play and competition in sports.
US Integrity continues to expand in the US with a partner portfolio that includes land-based casinos and on-line casinos operators of sportsbooks sport organizers as well as sports governing organizations.
