The Spurs can only win

The UCL Round 16 doubleheader game was a loss for them, but they were only able to win it by one goal. This means that they have a good chance of progressing to the next phase. To do this, it is essential to win on Wednesday.

They are sure motivated to win. Their fans will also push them forward if they fall short. However, there are some concerns. They are coming off two consecutive losses to teams that have been much worse than they – Sheffield United (FA Cup), and Wolves (Premier League).

They also have injury concerns, as at least five of their first-teamers will be absent Wednesday’s match. Eric Dier, their defensive pillar, has been suspended. Huge Lloris, their first-choice goalie, is also out with injury. Ryan Sessegnon, full-back, is out with an injury. Rodrigo Bentancur and Yves Bissouma are also out.

AC Milan Must Improve Road Performance

It is important to be concerned about the trip to London for the Italian champions. These guys are notoriously bad on the road. Their away record for 2023 is actually 2-1-3. They won against Monza and Salernitana, who were both teams from the second tier of Italian football (Serie B).

AC Milan was also 1-1-1 in the group stage 2022-23 Champions League. Dinamo Zagreb was the only team they defeated away from home. It finished at the bottom of this table.

AC Milan’s positive side is that most of their players feel fit and are ready to do their best on the pitch. Will their best be enough to win against Tottenham in London?

Tottenham vs AC Milan Prediction

Although it’s going to be difficult, we believe Tottenham will pull it off. They will beat AC Milan on Wednesday to book their ticket to the quarterfinals of the Champions League.

Choose: Tottenham to Win; more than 2.5 Goals
