Symplify, a Stockholm-based CRM company, has announced that OpenAI, the business behind large-language model ChatGPT has been integrated into its client content creation hub.
This new service will enable clients to create custom, auto-generated content across their marketing channels. Through the use of AI tools, the company claims it can reduce the time required to produce content by as much as 60%.
Robert Kimber, CEO of Symplify, stated that integration with the API will enable clients to be future-proofed.
He said that Symplify was “optimising content development” to strengthen that commitment. Symplify is “helping our customers’ CRM strategies grow at scale while providing multi-channel coverage.”
This integration will allow users create content using natural language prompts in the Symplify Editor. Users can then create automated text and images based upon their input.
Paul Crisp, chief marketing officer at Symplify, stated that the software will reduce the workload for those who use it.
He said that ChatGPT was an “incredibly diverting piece” of software when it launched. “Then we thought about whether this could be a plug-in to our existing tool.
He said, “We know that the beta testing is reducing the workflow quite a bit for the teams that put this together.” “It’s exciting for us to be able reduce the time to market.
