Parimatch Tech, a marketing technology provider and gambling technology provider, has rebranded itself as GR8 Tech. It was confirmed that Evgen Belovov will take over as chief executive of the new company.
Belousov will replace Maksym Liashko as CEO. He had previously served as the deputy CEO during a management restructuring in April.
Liashko was made sole chief executive officer in April 2013. He had previously served as co-CEO with Roman Syrotian. However, he decided to concentrate on his supervisory board responsibilities.
Liashko was referred to only as the “exCEO of Parimatch Tech” in a statement that confirmed the company’s rebrand. There was no mention of whether he would remain in the business.
Liashko stated that “The creation GR8 Tech was a long-awaited and awaited event towards which we at Parimatch Tech had been working continuously throughout 2022.”
“It is a joy and a proud moment to see Parimatch Tech employees embark on this new B2B journey. I am confident that their expertise and experience under the direction of Evgen Belousov, CEO of GR8 Tech, will enable them to achieve all the ambitious goals the company has set.
Belousov was the chief revenue officer prior to his appointment last year as deputy CEO. He said: “Today’s b2b igaming market lacks consistency, convenience and great service. We want to change this and establish a new standard for what a great product is.
“GR8 Tech creates custom-made gaming solutions that adapt to changing business environments. This allows our partners freedom of long-term planning and forward-thinking.”
Parimatch Tech was founded in 2021, just over a quarter century after Parimatch launched.
Under the new brand name, the company will provide the GR8 iGaming platform, GR8 BaaS (business-as-a-Service), and the GR8 Parimatch franchise.
The statement also stated that GR8 Tech will provide operational and consultancy services.
