In January, the Nevada Gaming Control Board reported a 18.0% increase in gambling revenue year-over-year. This growth was seen in all key markets.
The month’s revenue was $1.27bn. This is an increase of $1.08bn in January 2022, but 3.1% less than the $1.31bn in December last year.
Slots contributed $874.5m to all month revenue, up 15.9% from the previous month. Multi-denomination slot machines generated $459.1m of revenue. Penny slots revenue was $285.9m.
