A new Puerto Rican sports betting operator, Ballers Sportsbook, has announced plans for a partnership with Sportradar to make it live in the US.
Sportradar will provide Ballers with its Orako sportsbook solution. Ballers plan to integrate it with R. Franco Digital Player Account Management technology in order to offer omni-channel betting.
Customers of Ballers will be able to access Sportradar’s betting portfolio. This will allow them to place a variety of bets, including parlays, in game wagering, teasers and futures, as well as player props on their favorite sports.
Last year, Puerto Rico launched regulated sports betting. Ballers Sportsbook was the first operator to open in the market. The operator plans to launch the service in the second quarter.
“As we prepare for our unique online sports betting offering, and experience throughout Puerto Rico over the next few months,” Daniel de Ontanon, founder of Ballers, stated.
“We are proud of being the local sportsbook operator. We look forward to providing a customized experience for our players, with great content and a real local flavor.”
Jacob Lopez Curciel, Sportradar’s managing Director for Managed Sportsbook Services, said: “The region Puerto Rico as part the Americas represents an unique and growing opportunity. We are happy to power Ballers Sportsbook with our Orako solution. This allows us to use all of Sportradar’s technical capabilities to cover every aspect of sports betting.
