Scientific Games has approved the appointment of Nick Negro to its new Chief Financial Officer. This was after a nationwide search for the right person.
Negro is a self-described “results driven professional” and has held similar roles at Honeywell Corporation, Dover Corporation, Navistar.
After James Bunitsky‘s retirement, he joins the company. He had been with the company since 1981.
Scientific Games said that Negro’s “progressive finance, strategic, operational management, and leadership experience in global multi-billion-dollar organizations” made him an ideal candidate to replace Bunitsky.
Pat McHugh, Scientific Games CEO, stated: “We are grateful to Jim Bunitsky for his outstanding financial leadership. We are excited to add Nick to the Executive Leadership Team as CFO.
“He is able to understand the complexity of international operations within a service-based company and has extensive knowledge about corporate structure, compliance, and strategy. We look forward to the next chapter in sound financial management for our global business, guided by Nick’s financial knowledge.
Atlanta will be the new headquarters for SG’s CFO. He will join the executive team that includes John Schulz, Michael Conforti and Steve Beason.
