Everett Sky wants the gambling industry to provide a safer experience for its customers. Betknowmore has backed the solution Everett Sky offers.
The initiative was created to address the recruitment and human resource needs of the gambling industry by developing and marketing the safer gambling solution of the former.
The service allows operators the ability to create teams of analysts for safer gambling, compliance, and customer service across multiple time zones. They can do this via phone, online/live chat, or in different languages.
Everett Sky also added that it aims to train individuals to the standards, software and management practices used by operators.
Everett Sky wants to relieve the pressure on resources in an industry that is constantly changing by establishing the fact that the individuals in question are essentially “an outsourced team member”.
