The provider of player protection software Mindway AI, has formed a partnership with AnonyMind, a specialist in gambling addiction treatment.
The deal will combine Mindway AI’s protection technology with AnonyMind’s expertise in treating at-risk players to create a solution that identifies and addresses them.
Operators who integrate Mindway AI software now have the choice to offer players access to AnonyMind counselling services. They can take action to treat and prevent addiction.
Mindway AI’s innovative software uses machine learning algorithms, in conjunction with assessments by expert psychologists to identify gambling behavior that is at risk.
The software uses neuroimaging and neuroscience to analyse player data and detect early warning signs for problematic behaviour. It then provides operators with useful insights that can be used to prevent addiction.
The software is integrated into major online gambling platforms across 21 countries and reaches over 6.5 millions active players each month.
AnonyMind provides psychological treatment for gambling addiction that is confidential, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual. The treatment is provided by clinical psychologists who are accredited and regulated.
The right therapist is matched with the individual, and then the therapist tailors the treatment to suit the needs of the client using a “clinical formulation”. Help is also provided to affected family members who may require support.
