Casino Metro is Puerto Rico’s biggest casino and has opened a sportsbook in partnership with Caesars Sportsbook. Caesars Entertainment owns Caesars Sportsbook.
Caesars Sportsbook will now offer its superior retail sports betting product to Casino Metro guests. The Caesars Sportsbook Mobile App in Puerto Rico is expected to be launched in 2023 subject to regulatory approvals.

We were able to reach this partnership with Caesars because of its complexity.
Casino Metro’s Caesars Sportsbook retail sportsbook will open with 12 betting machines and three betting windows. In addition to the LED TVs, and other odds boards, this renovated area will offer guests the best sports viewing experience in San Juan. Casino Metro is already expanding, and will complete its new space in the second quarter 2023. The ambitious expansion would increase the casino’s operational area by more than 7,000 feet.
Eric Hession (President of Caesars Digital) stated that they were pursuing sports betting in Puerto Rico within its unique framework. They wanted to partner with the most qualified person who would have deep localized market knowledge. Casino Metro is a trusted brand in Puerto Rico and a great partner.
MetroBets and Caesars Sportsbook launched retail sports betting in Casino Metro. They plan to open satellite betting locations throughout the commonwealth as allowed by Puerto Rico law. This will allow them to reach a wider customer base.
