GeoComply is a globally recognized provider of fraud and risk management solutions. On Tuesday, it announced that a new contract had been signed. The company has expanded its partner portfolio by joining forces With Underdog a new fantasy sports and online gaming operator.
The newly formed partnership gave the operator access to GeoComply’s cutting-edge technology and solutions. This included GeoComply’s Core suite, and Solus. Underdog will use the solutions in order to boost its fantasy sports operation and future sports betting products.
GeoComply Core, a geolocation solution that is known for its reliability, accuracy and robustness, is used by many gambling companies. The company claims that 80% of users are subjected to a Geolocation Check in just three seconds.
GeoComply also explained that “the solution delivers geolocation passes rates up to 98% with an IP Spoofing detection rate as high as 99.6%.” It helps fight fraud by providing tools that help protect customers against identity theft, fraud involving chargebacks, bonus abuse, and other frauds.
Solus, a solution from the company, offers benefits to fantasy sports operators because it removes friction for daily fantasy players who play on the web. GeoComply revealed that its solution is optimized for HTML5 web browsers, and that it does not require any additional plug-ins to geolocate online players.
It’s not surprising that GeoComply has partnered with Underdog to create. Underdog was valued at 485 million dollars last year after a Series B fundraising.
