Before expanding its presence on a strategic gambling markets in the US Nevada, NeGames will need to go through licensing. The company, based in Israel but founded in Luxemburg is known for its innovative and leading technology that uses to power sports betting and iGaming providers.
NeoGames has agreed to provide its cutting-edge technology as part of a partnership between Caesars Entertainment and NeoGames. According to the agreement, NeoGames would boost Caesars’ sports betting and iGaming operations. NeoGames technology is used by gambling operators and lotteries around the world.
In a 90 minute testimony before the gaming regulator, Nevada Gaming Control Board, executives of NeoGames revealed Wednesday that their company’s technology will power Caesars operations. The NGCB was informed by the C-suite that the technology is being tested to ensure compliance.
After the testimony, the gambling regulator unanimously approved the licensing of NeoGames corporate entities and individual officers. The recommendation for licensing comes at a moment of great significance for the company. NeoGames recently confirmed that Aristocrat will acquire it. The agreement with a price tag of $1.2 billion will provide Aristocrat with a major boost on a worldwide scale.
Meetings are scheduled close together
NeoGames has yet to be approved for licensing, despite the fact that this recommendation is a big step forward. This approval will be announced by the Nevada Gaming Commission on Thursday.

The process usually takes longer, and the NGCB meets with Nevada Gaming Commission every two weeks. Kirk Hendrick explained to NeoGames that the NGCB chairman wanted to make it easier for its international members by setting up closer dates. Hendrick talked about the benefits to the environment of holding the meetings in close proximity. Hendrick acknowledged that a tight schedule made the process for NeoGames easier.
