Moheganhas named a pair key executives for the group’s Inspire resort in Incheon, South Korea.
Chen Si joined the company as president of Mohegan INSPIRE. Wade Howk was appointed Chief Operating Officer. The operator is aiming to establish Mohegan INSPIRE as a leading integrated resort.

Si will be responsible for strategic planning and guiding operational results. He will build on his past experience gained at McKinsey, and Las Vegas Sands.
The company stated that his main duties will include overseeing budgets and business plans in order to ensure that the company’s mission is implemented at every level, as well leading performance measurement efforts and improvement initiatives.

Howk will be the second-in-command at the property. His primary responsibilities include leading, engaging and developing direct report to ensure smooth operation, creating an outstanding guest experience, maintaining positive organisational culture and establishing relationships. He will work closely with business and government partners to coordinate his efforts.
He was previously the Chief Financial Officer, Interim President and Corporate Vice-President of Strategy at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.

Mohegan Inspire, located in the IBC of Incheon International Airport’s Terminal 1, is scheduled to open its 1A phase by the end of the fourth quarter 2023. This will bring the construction up to 83 percent.
The complex includes a 3-star hotel with 1,275 rooms and the first multi-purpose stadium in Korea with 15 000 seats. It also has a convention center with Korea’s biggest hotel banquet hall, as well as commercial facilities that combine shopping, dining, and entertainment.
