The countdown has begun. In a Thursday press release, Gov. Andy Beshear said that sports betting in Kentucky will be available in just three weeks. “We’re ready to provide the high-quality entertainment that Kentuckians have asked for, while also bringing in money to the state so it can support pensions and release funds to help build a better Kentucky.”
The KHRC has been working hard to meet all deadlines. This is a carefully planned process that protects bettors and ensures wagering integrity in Kentucky,” said KHRC Chair Jonathan Rabinowitz.
