Gaming Laboratories International, a global provider of gaming testing services and assessments, announced the promotion of 4 of its leaders. Mackenzie Haugh and James Boje have been promoted to strategic positions in GLI leadership. This reflects the commitment of GLI to provide world-class service and delivery to its almost 2,000 clients around the globe.
Mackenzie Haugh is a 20-year veteran who will use his experience in regulatory compliance tests to customize service delivery experiences for GLI customers. Haugh was previously vice president of Engineering and recognized in Global Gaming Business’s January 2020 issue as one of the “25 People to Watch”.
James Boje has been promoted as managing director of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Boje brings 35 years’ experience in the gaming and hospitality industries. Boje’s previous role was chief operating officer of the EMEA Region. He focused on driving excellent service to customers through employee engagement, and collaboration with global partners.
Devon Dalbock will be the chief operating officer of EMEA. He has worked for GLI since 2016, and he has 35 years’ experience in senior management and executive positions. Dalbock’s previous role was general manager of GLI’s African and Indian operations. He worked with regulators from various jurisdictions to discuss technical standards and new development.
Martin Britton will take on the role as EMEA Chairman. He was previously the managing director for EMEA. Britton’s work has been crucial to GLI’s expansion in the EMEA area. His tireless efforts in acquiring new companies and training newly promoted employees have earned him respect within the organization.
