Gaming Laboratories International Group completed a deal for the remaining shares of iTech Global. This gaming testing lab will significantly increase the company’s expertise and reach in providing sophisticated certification services to the sector.
iTech will continue to operate under its own brand
Neither party disclosed the value of the transaction, but iTech Labs is now a wholly-owned subsidiary. There is no immediate change expected in the company’s structure or operations.
iTech Labs, while continuing to operate independently, will work closely with GLI’s back-office team to help the companies achieve greater commercial success and attract more clients. GLI has a strong relationship with regulators and governments around the globe, which will give customers an edge.
